Ruuuuuun run run!!! Do not do business with this company. They need to be reported. Extremely predatory. Will cost you thousands of dollars after you leave your rental property. They make up charges, deduct undisclosed fees, change your contract in the middle of your rental agreement and the list goes on. Save yourselves, stay away.
