Eager to show two bedroom at Bocar, then ten minutes later called and cancelled. She indicated she would not work with me and was quite rude. Would give no explanation . I had obtained her number from casual acquaintances who had just signed a lease, rent option to buy from her who had just arrived from England. I was from New York, visiting a friend, elderly lady with long time dementia who had a private Black aide with her.
We were all at McDonalds and the English children loved my friend’s dog. They all came over to our table.
The aide declined to sit with us and had an attitude. Her demeanor was uncomfortable. The English woman was a little person and my friend mentioned it to me at a point. I felt a little in the twilight zone.
But I spoke with them on the way out very friendly, but I think their interpretation or impression was not good and Barbara hearing from them took it out on me. She was willing to show me and I having seen pictures liked the unit very much. But hearing negativity from the English clients decided to treat me unfairly and discriminating would not let me see the unit ,no expiation given. Just wipe, wipe off. No justification. I tried calling and asked for some time. Was again met rude and abruptly. Phone hung up. Very nasty and she did not know me. Karen Morgan
