Rachel saved my life and that’s no exaggeration. She is kind, thoughtful, hardworking, and compassionate. She’s organized and she does an excellent job of staying up to date in her training to better serve her clients. After a decade of suffering, through working with her I learned how to feel my emotions and how to take control in my life. I still have a lot to learn but I have nothing but the utmost respect and admiration for her. Sometimes the therapy is fine, the patient is fine, the clinician is fine, but the mix is not. That has happened to me several times before. It’s okay to seek out what is right for you – I ultimately found what was right for me. If you’re serious about wanting a change in your life, I recommend Rachel.

Rachel is wonderful. She really helped me get through a hard time. She comes from a great place and has a warm heart. She really helped me and I would recommend her to anyone!!

The best, most ethical and friendliest therapist I’ve ever met and I’ve been to many! She’s an amazing DBT therapist and although she doesn’t take insurance, it was the best financial investment I’ve ever made! I am in control of my life now! Other therapists aren’t very ethical and Rachel wants people to get well…at one point I begged her to see me 2-3 times a week and she refused saying I didn’t need that level of care (which she could’ve because I willing to pay for it no problem). That spoke volumes to me about her honesty and her ethics about her clients wellbeing. Thanks Rachel for helping me be better at feeling things!!!
