I have dealt with Realty Wholesalers for many years and they do offer a quality product and their terms are negotiable just like every other wholesale company or seller in the market today, bottom line is every buyer should make sure they have a qualified inspector and and always use a qualified realtor and you will be happy in the end.

Beautiful, remodled house sold that leaks inches of water directly into the house. They remodled the house beautifully and used porcelain floors, updated bathrooms and much more. The house looked beautiful and I fell in love. The roof was left with wide open cracks that you can’t see from the inside. They sell the properties as is because of this crazy market. I am 26 years of age and chose to buy my first house from realty wholesalers. They have put me in a very hard position in the coming future with hurricane season around the corner. Be very very careful when purchasing a house from an investment company .

In addition I payed top dollar for the home and four days after move in there was four inches of water in my living room . People need to evaluate safety and longevity when selling houses. people rely on these structures for years! In addition, there was much termite damage that wasn’t repaired properly. The icing on the cake was using every penny I had to over pay for this house in a rough market and now to be burdened with an emergency that my house is flooding. I called the owner at the company and asked him to attempt to patch it up and he replied that he is unable to help me at this point. I can only hope that karma is real.

In addition I did have an inspection, and the inspector did fail to see this issue, however being that the company owned the house for five months, they should have been well aware that it rains directly in the living room. They re did all the floors, counters, walls, paint, restroom, etc, and they must have spent much time/ or had workers spend much time inside renovating.

In addition, the seller would have been able to fix the leak for 500-1000 but he didn’t even attempt to see how bad off I was. This was on a FHA

Please wait for a justified answer as the lady received above. WARNING, THE CONTRACT IS ONLY AS IS AND YOU may end up SOl.
