Rendon Center for Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine

I’ve visited this center twice for a minor procedure. I hate to even leave this review because up until today my experience was great, the staff was friendly, etc. I am a cash paying client so my procedure and consultation costs were about $1,000 out of pocket.

I asked the staff many times if certain things were included in the charges and of course they say yes it’s all in there…..now 2 weeks after my procedure and about $1,000 spent, they hit me with a surprise $120 bill that apparently wasn’t included?? This isn’t about the dollar amount it’s about shady and questionable billing tactics/surprise medical bills.

I never once was advised during my 2 visits, agreed or approved to be charged weeks after I had paid almost $1,000 for 20 minutes of their time. I will not be visiting here again which is a shame.

Overall experience was good but billing tactics are shady.

Excellent top notch quality of attention and knowledgeable care with the patients. In top of that the right friendly, welcoming smiling attitude greeting and making the visitor at easy and pleasant. Are these the marks of an Outstanding Center. Keep it up. Guillermo Monroy

Courteous, professional, friendly, fast, efficient.

This was the best experience at a doctor’s office that I’ve ever had! Lana was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what treatment to prescribe for me. I’ve never had a medical professional explain “why” I might be presenting with symptoms. I really appreciated her comprehensive approach. The nurse who assisted wrote down the complicated prescription directions step by step and could not have been nicer. I’m so thankful to Lana and the whole staff at the Rendon center!

I have been a patient for a few years now and always have a great experience. Everyone is very professional and helpful. Dr Reed is great , I never feel rushed and she always take the time to listen and explain … Very thorough . I highly recommend this office.
