The sales team at this store is amazing!! They really understand how to create a special unique nursery..they also offer beautiful monograming of almost anything.Love this place!!!

I would never go back there. #1 weekends require an appt, fine, I totally understand given everything that’s going on – but then we were let in… If a place is by appt you expect it to be… #2 CLEAN. This was not the case. The place was a MESS and the employee was definitely apologetic, I very much understand rearranging or organizing but this leads me to the straw that broke the camel’s back.

The employee said we were #1 late to the game, she obviously doesn’t understand people’s customs which should be respected #2 she said everything in the store is custom and could take up to 4 months to order/make/deliver and that doesn’t include any COVID related delays… #3 she would not stop talking or following us around. What she was scared of beats me cause it’s not like we could steal a whole crib… #4 she kept telling us things were “expensive” which was ironic because the crib on my registry cost a lot more than the crib she was referring to and #5 finally she told us we should check out Pottery Barn. Do you care about your business? Or your employer’s business? Do you care about your job or job security?

I’ll never go here again. The selection was terrible, the service was horrible, and the overall vibe gave me so much stress.

I tried coming to this store twice. The first time it showed the new hours due to covid they close at 3pm.. So I decided to come a second time before closing to find that the door was locked and there were people inside. I walked back to my car to call them to unlock the door. To my surprise the lady answered the phone and was extremely short with me. She continued to tell me more than once when I tried asking questions that she had 2 pregnant women in the store and they really should haven’t two of them in the store at one time. And that I really needed to call for an appointment and abruptly hung up on me. I don’t have an issue with making an appointment as I am too pregnant but I’d trying to let the lady know so I can just simply wait till they were done as I don’t live near this store at all. Nor did she good customer service by offering me any alternative options or even an appointment. she hung up in the middle of trying to speak. I will be taking my $12,000 nursery budget elsewhere. Also, don’t lie to your customers. When I walked up to the door there was clearly way more than 2 pregnant women in the store with a sales person

I received the most precious engraved blanket for my first baby from Rooms for a Prince and Princess – I loved photographing him with it, and the blanket got so many compliments. This week, I was lucky enough to win an engraved blanket for my second baby! So thankful for this ahead of the birth of my little one. Thank you to this wonderful store and to Brittany for engraving the blanket so beautifully!

I moved to Florida while pregnant with my first. I was CLUELESS and stressed about what I needed for a nursery etc. I wanted a small business where I would receive personalized service—WELL I GOT IT❣️❣️The owner sat down with me for hours on end helping me decorate the nursery and playroom and picking out essentials for a newborn. I cannot brag enough about the exceptional service! Whenever I walk in, I am greeted with huge smiles and personal service for my needs from every single person in the store. When I had my furniture delivered, James went above and beyond…SERVICE WITH A SMILE and so accommodating. The new store is beautiful and filled with amazing gifts and essentials for babies and kids alike. I keep asking for larger and larger sizes so I can continue to shop in this amazing store!!!! I highly recommend this business. You won’t be disappointed.
