I wanted to write a note about customer service. I do not know how to thank Chantal, Janet and Micheala for all of their help and persistence. My outdoor cocktail table developed a problem, they listened and went to bat for me solved the problem and replaced the item. They were all wonderful listeners and worked collaboratively with me the customer to make it right. I am so happy I bought all of my furniture from RTG outdoor and will be buying more from them now that they have shown how wonderful customer service can be!!

Eric is an amazing asset to Rooms Togo. He greeted us right when we walked in. We left and came back the same day. We were greeted again immediately by him.
