I absolutely love this store and all the women that work in it! They are always very helpful, know me and my 2 year old by name and if she’s not with me they always ask how she is. I’m personally shocked by some of the other reviews on here because all I have ever experienced was exceptional customer service and a smile.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After reading all the reviews I agreed with them. I am a salon owner that have been going to this place for almost 2 years. Today I had the worse experience. I asked the lady who’s name is ANGELA about a product and she got irritated and gave me a terrible time. She wouldn’t sell me the products telling me she has to call my partner to verify my identity even my name it’s on the system. She had a bad attitude.
I AM DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK!
I feel sorry for salón centric and customers that have to deal with them.
Another salon owner I know had the same experienced and she didn’t come back.
They both who works there don’t like to help you out at all. Don’t bother going there! So many salón centric out there!

I usually shop here but after dealing with Gail I will not be coming back!! So rude and unprofessional. I will gladly drive to a further store and I’m glad I did because they are nicer and more helpful

I’ve been shopping at this location for 6 years and always had an excellent experience. I can’t remember but I think the managers name was Maryann. She was the best, always helping me with whatever I needed and always offering advice on how to use the products. THEY FIRED HER FOR HAVING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recently purchased over $400 worth of product and unexpectedly needed to take maternity leave early. After around 20 days I took most items, plus some of what I purchased prior, to this Salon Centric to get returned. I don’t keep receipts but was under the understanding that all receipt details are in my account online. The girl could not get me all of my money back because they’re only allowed to refund $150. Well THATS BULL$%&* I’ve spent over $100,000 through the years at this store. So after trying to return this stuff for the 4th time today for STORE CREDIT, I WAS TOLD NOW IT’S PAST 90 DAYS. The girl tried but was not “allowed” to refund all my items. I then realized, that not all of my receipts, nor all of the items I purchased were in my online account. She said she’d call me back to tell me if they’ll return 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners. BRAND NEW. I live in Boynton Beach and I have to drive back… maybe???? You know what adds insult to injury? Both girls at the register (neither hair stylists) looked at each other and clearly there’s some type of f**ked up message about me on my account.WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? GUESS WHAT.. THEY SELL PRAVANA CHEAPER AT COSMOPROF DOWN THE STREET. BYE FELICIA. -Heather

Every time I’m there Sue Ann helps me to the max! Super caring, informative, exceptional at customer service and making feel even the newest of cosmetologists at home! I love going specifically to that location because of her! Thank you Sue Ann for all of your help and care! Salon Centric is very lucky to have you and so are we!
