Saquella Cafe

My husband and I went for breakfast on Valentines Day. The host was very nice to seat us upstairs as they were very busy outside. Unfortunately that was not good for us. It took us 45 minutes to get are order as we watched tables around us get their orders. We asked our waitress for our order and why ours had not arrived when we were seated at least 30 minutes before the table next to us. Her response was that their order was easier to make. But when are food arrived – it was cold so I am assuming it was sitting downstairs and she didn’t pick it up.
At this point my husband was agitated and so we ate it because we didn’t want to cause a scene and had already spent 2 hours there and didn’t want to wait more to eat somewhere else. Not once did they apologize or offer anything to compensate for their bad service.
Very disappointed as we are local and have eaten there many times . Thanks for an upsetting start to what should have been a wonderful time.

My husband thinks that they have developed an attitude where they think that now that they have lots of patrons that they can slack off on service. But it’s the local patrons that have been coming to your place when you were not busy that have been supporting our local businesses. Needles to say – we won’t be going back anytime soon.

Been here twice, going on again now. Best place for brunch!!! The food is top notch. Absolutely tantalizing array of deliciousness. High-grade coffee which is big for me. Service is impeccable. The ambiance is superb, especially with the tranquil live music.
I highly-highly recommend this place!

What an amazing time. First time here. We usually go to another breakfast spot but today they were closed and in a way im glad they were. The atmosphere is really relaxing, the food was beyond good, the service was great and the manager came by and was just so welcoming.. made us feel like we were family. I will be back again and highly recommend

What an Amazing breakfast! The coffee and food was literally perfect and very fresh. The prices are extremely fair. My wife and I enjoyed the friendly service. This is now my favorite breakfast spot in Boca!

The only place in town that delivers every time. The staff are very good at making you feel a part of the experience. Deserts are made on premises and the croissants are top shelf. My compass steers me to saquella. My only critique is there’s no caviar omelette to go with the Italian coffee. Kudos to the manager for his exceptional details.
