Horrible unsafe place. Where the Mangement doesn’t care. The off manger is nasty. So nasty. She had an answer for everything. The renter is never right. She is alway right or thinks she’s is. Good luck trying to get a call back.

After my late fee of $132 was waived by management, I received a credit back on the website which I was not satisfied with. I have an 8 month old and can not afford to lose over $100 which has at this point been withheld from me. When I went to the office to speak to management about receiving a full refund, I was given several excuses, starting with one woman telling me “there was a notice given that rent is due now on the 1st of the month exclusively” that then changed when I showed that I received nothing to “because you paid your rent in a whole amount, we cannot refund a portion.” I requested that it be solved the day of and at 6:00pm Jillian, a woman in management called me and after becoming angry with my refusal to dismiss the issue as nothing, she threatened to REVOKE the waive on my late fee, which is illegal for renters. This is considered landlord retaliation in Florida and a threat made to get revenge. I was given attitude by two women in management today, one (Jillian) even refused to take me seriously to the point that she told me to have my father call in the morning. I have been given so many excuses and even stated that I would chargeback the money at the bank and pay them back only what I owe them immediately. Jillian did not take this well and threatened to apply an additional late fee if I did this, at one point almost laughing at me. This place is a nice complex, but the women in the office are very condescending. I have had women in the office gossip to me about the individual living above me, going as far as telling me that “he has anger issues and his dad takes care of everything for him.” Once, my mother went into the office to handle broken appliances for me and the next day they called me on the phone to essentially tell me that my mother was an angry woman and not to send her again. Appliances break often and management always has an attitude. This is a shame because I liked this place before I had to deal with the women in the office. Save your $1,359-2,000 and move somewhere with better service and better management. Believe me, you don’t want to fall victim to women that cannot handle the slightest dissatisfaction on your part. I will probably not get my money back, and will most likely be penalized due to this review. Hopefully the owners that I speak to will be more professional.

UPDATE: Jillian is now denying that she threatened to revoke the waive on my late fee and when I asked for the number of someone higher up she refused, said there was no number and that “she filled them in and they would reach out to me.” She said she could offer me an email for lodging complaints. Never met a person in management to outright deny a statement made by them and cast blame on a tenant! Incredible service!

This is a great place too live Youlande And Pita are very nice and helpful. Moved out after leased ended due to personal issues but I’m definitely moving back!

I moved to this complex about six months ago, I finded to be in a great location close to shops and entertainment, the staff it’s always happy to help they have resolved any issues I had very promptly.
I love this place.

I have lived in Savannah place of about 2 years now, and I am very happy.

It is very close to a shopping plaza, near many restaurants and services.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they have resolved any issues I have had immediately. They have a nice pool and a convenient gym room.

I truly recommend this place as a option if you want to live in the Boca raton Area.
