SCS Engineers, Boca Raton

My experience interning at SCS Engineers in Boca Raton was excellent. I question the credibility of the prior poor review here since this is quite opposite to how I felt and there was no detail given to justify that. As soon as I started at the SCS Boca office, I felt immediately embraced. This office has a pretty small and intimate group of some of the most genuine people I have met. The group is very diverse and even with that, everyone truly cares to work together and create a common office culture and vision, even if that means acknowledging room for improvement. Also, SCS is a company that invests in its employees and sees a human rather than just an employee – SCS works with employees when they have their own personal needs and goals. Also, while at SCS, I heard a lot about the importance of being client focused and about emphasis on quality of work. This is a company that has a great culture and work ethic. I can vouch for SCS as a place to seek employment and as a company to hire for work.
