Signature Car Wash

I have to say this place is really trying to up their game. I bought a wash, wax, and detailing last week but they didn’t have the staff that day to do the work. The next day my car went into the shop until the following Monday. I brought the car back a week later, explained my situation and the performed the wash, wax, and detailing no questions asked. They spent about an hour on my SUV and they did a great job ! I’ve read the negative reviews here, but you may want to give them a second chance.

i went for a wash this morning and at first someone was working on the car wash and the door was closed. i noticed right away it didn’t dry the car like usual and when i looked at it later not one spot on my car was any cleaner than before i went. i will never use this car wash again

Terrible service
They don’t clean your rear window from the inside… even if you ask

Just came in at about 7:40 am… paid $22 for a wash….. the whole back of my car was still black and caked with what should have come off with ease. I had to use a coat I had in my trunk to wipe it all off. For a 4 or 5 dollar wash I would expect this…. not paying 22….. money back would be nice as I will not return for another wash….. EDIT! They can’t refund me….. and claim my car was beyond help without full service…. I worked at a car wash and know what can be done and what cant…. refuse to send a check as i live over 2 hours away… place is a joke. Dont spend a penny here!
