We buy doors from Smith & DeShields. Flying Locksmiths of Palm Beach sells and installs doors for our commercial customers. AJ has been my salesperson at Smith & DeShields for more than four years. He is first-rate, prompt and courteous. Their prices are very fair. The doors are made to our specifications and delivered directly to the customer site, saving us time and effort. We are very satisfied with their products and services.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and heloful. Besides that they always have the best merchandise and deliver on time. I really never had any issues with them. I am a repeated client and I would definitely recommend this place for everyone

Our experience with Smith&Deshields has been disappointing from the very beginning, with organization issues where they would say one of our orders was ready when in fact it was another order. We have deal with delays after delays when it comes to the pickup date. We had 3 orders with them and 2 of them had at least 2 weeks set back. This experience was honestly frustrating and a complete letdown. We have tried to be patient and understanding but this has caused a hold up in our jobs and is unacceptable. How can I explain that to our customer? Hopefully this situation will be solved until November, 19th as they rescheduled the pickup date.
