Smoothie King

Well, I went there to get a smoothie for my 5 year old. I saw hand written CASH ONLY sign on the door, that is fine. We’ve waited in the line, choose a tiny pack veggie sticks and our smoothie and than “oh we don’t accept more than 20 dollar bill. You can go to publix for a change.” I said “well, you are cash only and don’t have any change?” “No, we do not accept big bills.” Good luck to you guys, I hope you can stay open with that attitude.

So Catherine the manager really needs to be taught what customer service is and how to have a little bit better than attitude, I go to multiple locations of smoothie King per week spending my hard earned money, and the only one I ever have had an issue with is this one, will never go to that location again!!!!

I go here all the time. Order ahead through their app and your smoothie will be waiting chilling in a decompostable cup. My favorite is High Intensity Chocolate Cinnamon. Delicious paleo meal.

Two star rating is based on menu being unintuitive and price. It’s difficult to see exactly what each drink includes and your options that come with it. Also its incredibly expensive. Overall good healthy drinks but overwhelming with choices. It needs to be simplified.

Never coming here again. Called ahead and ordered 2 20oz smoothies because I had a buy one get one free coupon from a coupon book I purchased. When I got there the kids behind the counter told me I can’t use the coupon because it was printed without their permission. Mind you, I’ve used it at other locations no problem. So I paid for both of the smoothies went to my car and they tasted like just ice. Went back in for them to remake my smoothies and the new ones they made me were completely different than one another! Mind you it’s the same exact smoothie. Just a bad experience from the beginning I’ll stick to Jamba Juice!
