They saved my life 6 years ago. I am so grateful to these people! I was finally diagnosed properly after many years of struggle. Inspired, I decided to help others and became a life coach.They genuinely care about you as an individual. My Psychiatrist, Dr. Cohen is a very astute, caring professional. Anna, Michelle and the other lady are responsive and efficient. They are also warm and friendly which is a rarity these days in medical offices. Highly recommend South Coast Psychotherapy!

Made an appointment one week before my scheduled visit (first time patient to see the medical doctor) and an hour before my appointment, which was december 29th, mind you, someone called me saying the doctor wouldn’t be returning to the office. When i started asking, “what do you mean he wont be returning” I got hit with the whole “Ma’am, ma’am, ma’am!” and when I asked her not to cut me off calling me ma’am, I was hung up on. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to make this appt and get lab work done before my deductible restarted for the new year. I still haven’t been called to rescheduled as she said she would upon hanging up on me. I would honestly laugh in her face if they ever did call me. Horrible service.

Extremely friendly and understanding staff, definitely the only place I would suggest to friends, family and loved ones. I’ve seen first hand the results of their expertise.

I took my adult son here,paid 195.00,he was seen for 15min by Dr Scheuerman. Was prescribed Xanax,Zoloft,Seroguel w/o knowing his background of abusing prescription meds. How can you know someone in 15 minutes? When told he could come back w/in 30 days no charge, he was told he had to pay $100.00. What a scam. I reported to the Florida board and had to follow up for 2 years. Don’t go here. They are all about money and not about getting people well. signed, mother of a son I almost lost. Had to hit a star in order for the post to take. No stars for this place.
