It wait was horrible and the food was so dry that I had to dip it in my tea!!!

horrible horrible HORRIBLE! They have messed up my orders multiple times, they overcharge, and I asked for two warm croissants today and they are cold and tasted awful! laziness at its finest. save your money and go off campus

This is literally the worst Starbucks ever. They never have anything that they have on their menu. I walk in and walk out everytime. It’s the middle of November and they promote the Christmas drinks all over the breezway and the whole menu, I go in at 8am and they say they’re out of peppermint? They’re rude and don’t care if they don’t help you or not so honestly don’t waste your time here

Don’t customize your order and you’ll be fine. I ordered a drink with white mocha instead of regular and he still added a base with mocha in it. It is a small place so I doubt they know a lot. I would also question the sanitation. One of the workers hands completely swiped off the whip cream on my drink and instead of starting a new one he just added whip cream on top and tried to hand it to me.

You cant use your starbucks app to pay or get rewards here. “System is down”. Then whats the point?! Fix it fast or i will leave a review at every failed attempt to get my coffee. I have a feeling they dont intend on correcting the problem.
