This is a fantastic company! I am a landlord living in NY. I was reluctant to approach a management company for my property in Florida but realized, unfortunately, distance matters. I had no leverage to collect rent and could not inspect the property more than a couple of times a year….instead of addressing small issues I would only become aware when a major problem, usually expensive, developed.

Rent is directly deposited into my BofA account within the first week of the month. Inspections happen 4xs a year and I get a full report. I communicate by text, phone and email with the company and am answered usually within an hour.
