We worked with Supporting Strategies for a little over a year when we realized that they’re an unprofessional company and did not accurately consolidate/reconcile our accounts.
They processed our payroll through a different database, a company called Gusto.
When we confirmed we will part ways, Supporting Strategies, in retaliation to our company, decided to contact Gusto and have them freeze our account, stating that we changed our EIN number. This was a total lie.
In addition, our Quickbooks data transition was extremely sloppy and unprofessional. They tried very hard to make it difficult for us to part ways. They kept our records in a certain format thinking they would persuade us to stay with them and if we did not, then we were to pay for the conversion of the files through a third party.
