Swan Cleaners

Poor customer service. I recently had a silk tie cleaned here with some shirts of mine. The tie was not even soiled to begin with. When I got home I noticed a large “water stain”. I brought the tie in today to be re-cleaned and the jerk who manages this place denied any wrongdoing and even accused me of fabricating the claim saying I hadn’t had the tie cleaned there. Yup, over $4 he made a scene. To make matters worse, all cleaning bills are paid up front! Indeed you have to pay your bill in full when you drop off your clothes. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Sometimes a bargain is not a bargain! While their prices are very reasonable, their customer service is lacking. BE AWARE: a polo shirt I had dry cleaned now has a hole in it. The hole was not there when I brought it in and the counter person told me “there’s nothing I can do.” Stay away.

My husband and I have been using Swan for seven years. We initially used them because they were close to my employer and the price is beyond attractive. Here we are seven years later and we’re still using them on a monthly basis. The guy behind the counter is always polite and helpful. They’ve also done numerous alterations and I have always been pleased. Give them a try, you’ll be happy you did.

I have been using Swan cleaners as my primary cleaner for over 10 years and they have always provided great service and results. The one time they missed a stain on my pants they took it back and had the spot gone the next day. Great pricing and their staff is friendly as well.

Amazing how one bad review can sit there online and hurt a business for a year, with no one else coming forward with another viewpoint. Know that Swan Cleaners are really good. Always on time, always courteous personal service from their one full time employee. They know their customers, and take good care of them. Prices are good too. Don’t be fooled by their small shop or their not being in a fancy mall – tell them what you expect from your dry cleaner, and give them a chance to give you the level of service you deserve.
