Tao Foot Spa

Poor service from the male receptionist. Iv’e been coming to this location for nearly a year for my regular massage received the worst customer service during my last visit. I was up charged without notice and when I tried to explain my side of the story, the receptionist would just flat out chuckle and laugh at my face. I know there’s a language barrier but it was truly embarrassing and unprofessional. My friend ended up helping me with the situation by mediating and I was not charged the extra amount but it could have been handled A LOT better. It’s truly unfortunate because the massage therapists are good at their job and unfortunately the front desk ruined the entire experience. I will not be back.

Nice and clean location with A pleasant And quiet environment. I felt totally relaxed and better after my massage in my husband felt the same way.

Quite embarrassing really . I brought a party of 3 with me for a massage that was made by appointment. We arrived an hour early in hopes of being accommodated earlier than our appointment but they were unable to , which is fine ! Here’s the thing , they called us to let us know that they were ready for our party, but after e waiting in line for them to cashing the customers before us , it set us 6 min behind our appointment time . They then told us we around have to wait another hour to be serviced. Honestly we drove almost an hour to get there . Upsetting is an understatement. They should really work on a better system , to check people out and check people in so it doesn’t throw off the time . I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced for their lack of organization . I could’ve gotten over it , but their lack of effort to accommodate us was disgusting.

I felt amazing after the massage. Very nice staff.

Very nice foot spa. My wife and I had the 55 minute massage service which included 15 minutes of back massage (in seated position) them about 30 minutes of foot massage (laying down), followed by final 10 minutes of back massage. The room was dimly lit and they play very relaxing spa music. The staff are very nice and professional.
