I loved living here. The office is so kind and gets stuff done. I really appreciated them during my stay.

Have been at this residence TGM just about 2 years. I can’t say enough about the management team. Every single one goes above and beyond to help address your needs.
I’ve had zero to no issues . Location is prime here .
I can’t say enough about Steven the property manager . He is awesome . He helps with any and all issues . Goes above and beyond in my opinion and is lovely to deal with. Tonya is a gem to deal with as well.
The maintenance crew are all lovely as well .
Reading the comments and see some negative ones about roaches . I lived here and have had no issues .
A absolutely wonderful place to live .

I would like to give a shout out to David, who is one on the maintenance team. He has repaired a number of things in our apartment, and each time he does a job, it is done well and thoroughly. He is always polite, comes quickly, and even puts up with our dogs barking at him continuously. He is certainly a valued employee, and we appreciate his work. Stay safe and be well, David! Thank you!

Location is only reason for the 3. Building is tired but rent is fair for Ocean Blvd. Staff is average at best. Slow to respond and always felt like we were bothering them. (Except for Angel who left TGM some time last year – Angel was awesome) Parking is pricey and guest parking is impossible. Pet fee is a real kick in the shorts. $400 upfront and $20 a month for a cat. Caused some damage or stain to carpet according to TGM and they claimed the security deposit vs using a portion of the ~$750 paid for the cat. Apparently a fee and not a deposit – just not right in my book.
