Mark over at Altis Shingle Creek is very rude and unprofessional. He is the property manager and he unsure of the parking policy.I reported my AC not working on July 3 and I did not get a call back from him until today after me filling for a survey since they fixed my AC on July 5. Basically he said that they had 48 hours to fix the AC and I had to deal with the policy. I sleep 3 days with No AC and you all know how hot it is. He literally take this thing personal because I sound rude ( Im agravated) and “Managers Are not there to deal with rude people”. I ask him for cooperate number and he refuse to do so even though the number is online. There’s many complex opening over Osceola. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here.

It is incredible that in the Altis Kendall Square condominium there is theft and manipulation of documents, I have received several emails from the manager leonardo, requesting money to approve my application. I have proofs that I would like to present to you. And I would like to send them to univision and news in Miami to uncover the theft in the condominiums. Waiting for a solution on your part.

I live in one of their apartment complexes, and there are worrisome issues happening within the complex. The regional manager is impossible to get ahold of and their secretary is always ‘away from her desk’. Until they fix the Sand Lake’s regional manager, Joseph, I would not recommend any place they have to offer for a living arrangement nor would I rate them anything more than 0 stars, but sadly the least I can rate is a 1 star. Awful place & resident service.

Do not use this company. The “owner” Michelle Tyree is one of the worst customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. They are completely unethical. They charge $80 to come out for a repair and say they cannot get access to the AC. They should arrange for that before they come or have their own ladders. They also charge $1700 to fix a 13 year old AC instead of recommending a replacement. Then she has the nerve to say she will come remove the refrigerant and leave us with no working AC. Never again. I am calling the better business bureau also.

I spoke with Trish who was very helpful with connection me with Christy who is the district manager for Altis. She was very polite and understanding on both parts as far as rules and regulations.
