I want to compliment Hope, who is Mr. Cohen’s assistant. She is WONDERFUL! So calming and understanding. She took her time to explain everything to me, in language I could understand. She always made me feel so welcomed whenever I called. Everyone at the office is fantastic, but Hope is just the BEST!
