The Heritage at Boca Raton Apartments

Rude residents and loud! People will literally throw raves in the parking lot at 2 am with the bass in the their car. If you are a young professional do. It move here as you will not sleep. Management has been asked multiple times and has not responded

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance is top notch and efficient. The floor plans here are all unique. And I mean EVERY floor plan has a different patio or view. Our patio is my favorite. Its very private on first floor. Lots of hedges for natural privacy facing a bocce court. The pool is heated to the perfect temperature year around and is always clear and sparkling! Don’t forget to bring your lobster down to the beautiful grills located poolside! A true gem in Boca!

If you have an issue with noise, I warn you, don’t move here. You can hear everything from upstairs or hallway, and there is a good amount of dogs. The noise from moving chairs or furniture can be heard quite loud through the ceiling. I haven’t even officially moved there.

The grounds are well kept, love the amenities, and location. It’s been a comfortable and enjoyable experience thus far. I love that I can walk to the bars, restaurants, and shops. Also, I’ve discovered a couple of walking / biking trails.

We are really happy here! 2 weeks today and great expectations for the future! Thank you all in the staff and we already are knowing people, good people. We also have friends that we referred and are moving here next month, so more good people coming!
