Very professional and attentive staff at The Keyes Company. My wife and I purchased our first home and Cindy, our realtor, was so awesome. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Working with this company made buying our home first home easy and worry free.

I had the pleasure of working with Susan Lee, real estate agent. I am a teacher on a tight budget with a fair credit score and minimum down payment. Susan was amazing, she was so knowledgeable and found exactly what I was looking for. I had no idea that purchasing a small condo there are so many rules regarding financing, reserves and down payment requirements for the various communities. Susan was so knowledgeable and constantly guided me in finding potential condos that worked within my parameters. She did a lot of research and due iligence and really made my condo purchase experience as painless as possible.

I highly recommend Susan for anyone needing to purchase a home, she was extremely helpful while searching printing out all of the information on each property I was interested in. She was available to me whenever I needed via text or email.

I normally don’t do reviews unless they are good. However I have to share this story so that the people in the Boca Raton and Parkland, All of South Florida area steer clear of Keyes BOCA RATON and it’s associates. Camila Pearlstien (Cammy) is a real estate agent for this company(Keyes), we decided to use her because she was a friend of my dad’s. We found our own home without the help of a realestate agent in a pre construction community and asked if she would just come and sign to get a credit back. She agreed. We were going to list our property with Keyes. The very next day we found our own buyers and advised Camila Pearlstein that we would pay the 1% commission for not using the service fully. Within 24 hours of the agreement. She immediately said that we have to pay 4% commission. We were taken back because the company had not listed the property on the mls or used any funds to market the property. They had done absolutely nothing but send over an agreement via email. We were also using her husband to do our mortgage. He decided to call us and say that your mortgage is not a promise(you need to pay the 4%, just so you know all mortgages don’t go through when you “break the circle of trust”). We decided to back out of the purchase of the Lennar property and not get the house we wanted for our family and cancel the contract with the buyers we found. It was a feeling of us being extorted. They decided to place a lien on our property because they thought we were selling our home. Do not use this company at all. Do not use Camila Pearlstein(Cammy). Very unethical practices. Very sleazy people. Untrustworthy. Stay away.

Loye Matika was the most knowledgeable and helpful realtor I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He was always fast to respond to all my questions, always researched and provided any information I asked. He made the entire home buying process for a first time homeowner a pleasure. I would highly recommend him and the Keyes company for homeowner insurance as well (best price around) Thanks Loye!
