The Mark at Cityscape Apartments

I just moved here from NY and have nothing but positive feedback about the way that I was helped by Kenneth from the leasing office with my move. I highly recommend this building!

This modern and clean apartment complex is well managed, well located, clean and a comfortable place to reside. The residents tend to be locals due the fact the leases are seven months or longer. Nice pool. – From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

The Grand is a beautiful Property, in a great location, in downtown Boca! Kenneth was terrific to work with through the lease process.. a great guy! Looking forward to moving in to my new home!

Kenneth is wonderful. Kenneth is very efficient and always makes our needs a priority. The concierge service is also very helpful with welcoming us to our new home
The only issue of concern is that customer service answering service needs to be trained about the building and the ability to answer very general questions. It is such a chore to get someone from the leasing office to answer the phone. If there was a serious accident or fire, I would consider that a disaster.
