Michael was extremely helpful in finding a rental for my son. I didn’t think an agent would be willing to help me find a rental vs buying a property, but he was amazing. We met with him in June and he kept us updated on properties available in all of the areas I was interested in. We had to delay due to the pandemic and met with him again in January. He was genuinely caring about finding a place that my son would be happy with and I would feel comfortable that it would be safe. He always responded within less than an hour and was very organized when showing us properties all over Boca, Delray, Deerfield and Boynton. We settled on Delray and are very happy.
