The Preserve at Deer Creek Apartments

As always, the Preserve staff and maintenance are great! The guys have helpful personalities and nice to residents. Thanks to all of staff!

I have had nothing but a great experience here. I had a problem with my ac and they just replaced it! It’s brand new! The ladies in the office (Lystra) are all wonderful. Thomas too! They responded to my work order immediately. My neighbors are all super sweet and conscientious. Bravo! Great place!

I live here with my mother and we have two cars. Every night we have figure out what we are going to do about parking my car because I get home late and all the parking spots (which at most is like 15) are taken. I’m pretty sure people who don’t live here are taking the spots and it’s become an increasingly worse problem because even all the front office parking spaces get taken up. I’ve been booted even though I live here which is extremely frustrating because you go to sleep not knowing whether or not you have a car for the day in the morning. They desperately need to do something about this, whether it’s giving a fine to the people who don’t live here or not booting the people who do..

I have lived here for 2 years. The community itself is nice and I have liked my neighbors. Trash and parking have been up and down but it seems they have a better handle on it. The biggest issue is you can expect your rent to increase every year by 6-7% due to current market rates.

I know the parking situation here is impossible. And I know you’re working hard to help residents the best you possibly can. And I want to say that with this parking sticker system and hopefully if enough people listen to it I really think you have a chance at making a real change in the quality of parking. I don’t think it’ll ever be perfect simply because of how many cars there are and how few spots there are. But I think you guys doing a really good job this time. Congratulations. Also, Maintenance has been great. They have really improved. You’re office is very responsive. This complex has been much better under the more recent corporate leadership. I’m loving living here. There are always things that can improve but I am more than satisfied
