The UPS Store

My favorite ups location! Mark makes this location what it is, he’s always smiling no matter the day or time I come in, even at the last minute, and always so on top of customer service.

I never thought I would write a review about a UPS store. Because it’s a shipping store. This is a special kind of mailing service. The manager is amazing! Personable and kind. The staff is actually helpful and speedy. What a great experience! And for those that love the ocean, the manager is a scuba diver!

I have been at this location at least 15 times in the last 3 months and I have to say, what an experience.

Phylis and Mark are the best of the best when it comes to getting your business errands done. Thank you for making my life easier!!!!

I have been with this UPS Store back when it was a Mail Boxes Etc. I have seen employees come and go. But this is by far the best it’s been in 10 years. Phyllis always takes care of me by checking my box and sending me emails when I have delivery’s. Patrick keeps the store clean and organized and always greets me by my first name. I enjoy a business that accommodates their customers and keeps them safe and happy. Thanks UPS Store of Boca Raton. Appreciate all you do.

Absolutely the BEST!!!! I’ve been on a Amazon ordering kick, so its my go to stop before getting to work in the morning for Amazon returns. Phyllis makes my morning! She not only remembers the customers she greets everyone with a smile and positive salutations. Best UPS Store experience ever!!!
