The UPS Store

There was 4 people waiting when I walked in but they moved things along very quickly. Excellent service.

Went to this store to drop off a return. Asked if I could email the store my shipping label and was told it would cost $5 to use the computer. After advising both of the RUDE men (2) behind the counter that it is customary to only pay for the sheet of paper one said “Come on. It’s written on the wall.” Why would anyone pay $5 to print a label? I wasn’t asking for it for free. $1.50 for the paper… but no! There’s plenty of UPS stores in the area that I will NEVER need to send any of my packages from this one again. Nor should anyone!! This was the most simple task that BOTH employees FAILED to be able to accommodate. HORRIBLE!

This is the best UPS Store I have ever been to! The team working, usually the younger guys, is so awesome and helpful! If you read the bad reviews they are from cranky Boca people who complain about having to pay for services! They are erroneous!

I have showed up with 10 boxes of Amazon returns and been out in like 5 minutes. They ship a high volume and are very efficient

Worst store you can go to , avoid , save time. Printed out label from email and tried to charge me $5 for computer use + 75 c for printed out label. Once i refused to pay computer fee ( that i didnt use ) ripped off printed label off the box. Avoid that store if you can.

Charged me $5 to use the computer, $8 dollars to a print label, and $30 fox a box to ship a return back to Amazon. This was not an experience I would want for anyone else. If you are looking for a great customer service experience, do not choose this ups store. It is all about the $$$.
