This place is out of my way but I take the drive because the customer service is excellent. The employees at THIS ups store are always courteous, friendly and extremely helpful!! They make receiving and sending packages so much easier. Keep up the great work!!!!

Just met Devin, who kindly taped and properly labeled a package for me EVEN AFTER we discovered that the Return Authorization I was given by the store I was returning an item to could only be returned by using a different shipping company. THAT is over and above service that I sincerely appreciate and goes a long way!

Charged me $60.00 for 2 next day delivery on Thursday the 22nd at 9:20 am, my envelope didn’t reach destination until Monday. The envelope contains travel sensitive documents for my cat for an overseas trip. I called the store and I was told that she never seen this late, that because covid they are running behind and I was told: LIES! I would’ve gone somewhere else if not guaranteed for what I paid for. I’m disputing the charge ( she told me she can do it too, defiant worker ). Be aware of this location not disclosing their business practices!

I received confirmation that a package was delivered and signed for from Fedex and somehow as UPS PO Box leasee, I’m unable to get verification that the item was received. The phone rings and the voicemail is full, very frustrating to pay for expedited shipping and still get delays ☹

I brought a 4 moms mamaroo to this store using PACK AND SHIP through mercari. The poor mama I sent this too never received half of the item. The manager, Sara, said she remembers packing it …. “must have been lost during transit.” Weird? Because the box came FULLY intact? So please explain. I am
So upset for this mama not being able to use the mamaroo and even more upset of the funds I lost through this transaction. BEWARS OF THIS UPS STORE. go elsewhere. Ship yourself. Schedule a pick up. Don’t come here. Apparently this has happened before from other reviews I see as well …..
