Useless! Can’t even speak to an employee
The worst ticket company with which I bought, it has been almost 6 months since the event was suspended by the ccovid and they still do not give me a solution or refund.
I bought tickets through TicketMaster for Rain: A Tribute To The Beatles, that was supposed to happen in Miami Beach in mid-April. Now 3 months later TicketMaster says I cannot get a refund because it is still “postponed” and that the promoter is trying to reschedule it, which is obviously going to be a long time if every. They should side with their customers not the promoter and refund my money instead of sitting on it indefinitely.
TICKETMASTER STEALS MONEY!!
They take money for the match and do not return
I came from Russia and bought a ticket on NBA in advance, the match was canceled and I will leave the United States 17 March
but the ticketmaster doesn’t work the phone and the chat they absolutely do not give a damn about you
I will deal with you in court, scammers!!
I tried buying tickets for BTS orlando with the presale and it was impossible. Worst experience!
