Delt with Anyelo Arangocurbelo and he is the most knowledgeable gemologist I’ve ever met. In addition, if you’re looking for a sales person who is honest and courteous, he is the person you want to work it.

I bought 2 silver chains for 2 important catholice medals. I went to Tiffanys because i have other silver jewelry from them and tarnishing is never an issue. Both chains tarnished and they didn’t brighten up again when i used the cleaners they recommend. Store manager says: “Silver tarnishes”. “We have suspended our cleaning services due to COVID” “we wont take them back because they are tarnished”. I guess another great brand succumbs to poor customer service. Too bad!

My Tiffany jewelry buying days are over! I had a horrible experience getting a repair done. Terrible customer service with zero communication. I’m treated much better by smaller mom and pop jewelry stores plus they have better prices. No wonder the Tiffany acquisition fell through… Good luck and good riddance!

Tiffany jewelry is not warranted. When it breaks they expect the consumer to pay for the repairs.
I bought a bracelet with many charms . The bracelet links open so charms can be added or removed.The links have broken on numerous occasions (once I lost a charm because of it ) .
I also bought a gold beaded necklace that has broken twice. Again, they charge to fix . Why would a gold chain break?
I will consider other sources for high end jewelry in the future.
Don’t try to get help from Elena Parker at the Boca Town Center .
