Tire Kingdom

Had a 4 o’clock appointment and they didn’t even pull my car into the garage until 430. I came in to patch my back 2 tires and get an oil change. Of course as has happened under the previous management instead of just repairing the tires, I now need 4 new tires a brake flush and several other procedures. They didn’t even have 4 tires to sell me so I waited an hour and a half on my day off to get an oil change. I thought new management would have fixed this but this rip the customer off mentality is apparently part of the tire kingdom company culture. Only reason this wasn’t a one star review is the staff tried to be nice when they saw I was angry.

Went the extra mile to help my son, and helped his college roommate get a tire put on his BMW. Had issues with the wheel locks (from the manufacturer) but got the removal tool 5 min before closing and they stayed until the car was done and able to return to the Apartment at U-Park. Over the top friendly and very helpful counter help and the mechanics were top notch putting their customers first… 5 star isn’t enough to give an actual account of the help and persistence they showed a FIRST TIME customer, and now will continue to be a faithful customer of this company at this Location. Completely Satisfied, YOU will be too!!

Josh at the front desk is incredible. I went in for what I thought was a simple service today and he guided me right through it. When it turned out that I made a mistake in a purchasing the wrong item to have them install for me, Josh handled it carefully and gave the impression that his only goal was for me to be satisfied. I walked into TK today expecting to deal with a pushy sales guy and paying double for what I wanted and instead I had a great experience and will be back for all my service needs. If you visit this location please ask for Josh and know you’ll be in great hands.

I was extremely pleased with my service. They also got the work done in a very timely manner. Thanks guys.. I will come back.

I am sitting at the store to get a puncture patched an hour and 22 minutes after arriving in time for my appointment. I made the appointment yesterday to get a flat fixed for an agreed $22. Today, when I arrived the fellow tried to charge me $46 for fixing a flat. I had called 20 minutes before my appointment and was assured that my appointment would be honored.
I will never be back here. Listening to the hard sell to several customers tells me this place is unscrupulous.
