I walked in the store to buy my husband a Valentine’s Day gift he really loves the shirts that they sell here. I have bought shirts from here before but this time it was a little different .the lady that was there she was very good at helping me but when I went to go pay they told me they didn’t take cash now what would happen if I didn’t have any credit cards they had this little sign that wasn’t even facing the front on the cash register where you can see it they should put a sign in the front door. by law money is legal tender so they should take it. I didn’t like the fact that they brush me off oh because of Covid well you should let your customers know and not let them wander in the store without any signs around and then just tell them we don’t take cash that’s not right. I will not be coming back to the store at all.

I went in to buy a couple of items for my dad. There were a couple of sales associates that were busy, but one of them was not. She looked me up and down as I walked in and did not even welcomed me. I was not helped by her even though she was not busy at all. When I went to pay, she was the one ringing me up. She asked me if I had an account with them and I said I did not, but both of my parents did. Proceeded to look my mom up and said she couldn’t find her. I told her she should be there and she said “I am sure” very sarcastically. I told her to look my dad up and ended up find him. She was rude to me the whole time and needs to seriously be trained in customer service. I felt like she thought that I was not going to spend any money so she did not want to help me, little does she know my father buys from them almost everyday. I will not be coming back to this location. The Mizner one is much better.

Nasty attitude of store manager. This is why I now shop at vineyard vines. Similar quality and sizes , much better customer service.

Ironically, I recently wrote a glowing review for the mizner park store. I had an issue with this store and exchanging a pair of pants. I have about 20 pairs of tb pants and another 30-35 emfielder shirts, a collection of hats and more. I know my size with this brand. Unfortunately one single pair of pants I got here was too long. I’m not sure if it was the particular pair or the style but they were 2” too long. I went to exchange them and was told I could buy a new pair for 25% off, but no exchanges at this time. My tolerance for this store is over with. They’ve tarnished my trust in their premium brand and customer service competency.
