I’ve been to a number of eye doctors over the years, but I’m so glad I found this office. Dr. Shiner was great and really knowledgeable, not to mention patient with all of my questions. Most doctors rush in and out, but he took his time and showed me he really cares. The office is very modern and clean, and the staff was super friendly from start to finish, and I even got to try the latest contact lenses! SIX stars!

Dr. Sheiner and his entire staff are incredible! They take their time, explain everything, and do it with a smile! And I love all the latest technology! I will definitely be coming back! I came in to pick up contact lenses last week and was informed in a very patronizing manner that my insurance would not cover my contacts. I knew this to be incorrect because I’ve been ordering contacts online and have been in touch with my insurance company. But the receptionist (Christie I think her name is) would not have it and told me I am no longer on that insurance plan. She charged me $98 dollars for contacts that are covered by my insurance and the price should have been much lower. I left very upset thinking I didn’t have health insurance because of what she said. I called my insurance company and I DO still have coverage until January. I won’t ever come back because of this and it’s a shame because the doctor is really great.
