Wonderful group of people and very helpful.

TransMediaGroup has done a wonderful job promoting my books. They have an extremely talented staff. Mr.Madden, has a rich history and background in public relations and cares about his clients. Adrienne Mazzone is very creative and never ceases to amaze me with her ideas.

In really a stroke of luck, I met Adrienne from the TransMedia Group several years ago while I was in desperate need of help with some musicians I was interviewing. The years that followed working with her has allowed my online magazine, South Florida Insider, to grow exponentially.

Adrienne and her team really has an uncanny will to bring out the best for me and my company and apparently countless others, which I have met at parties they’ve had for their clients.

I can’t speak highly enough of the TransMedia Group. You won’t find many companies like them so dedicated to their craft.

From the moment I signed with this company, every time I mentioned their name, I was told what a horrible job they do.
I was told that the turn over in employees was tremendous.
They claim to provide you with a social media campaign, which is key for a successful business. They young lady they assigned for me for that position, clearly had no idea how to run a successful campaign. I found myself sending her articles trying to teach her what to do. She left the company and I was not informed. My social media died completely.
Shortly afterwards most of the staff was gone.
Other clients of theirs were contacting me in disbelief the way their account was being handled.
A new person called me up one day and said he was now in charge.. Seconds into the call, he said he had another call coming in and he would call me right back. 4 hours later he called.
We set up a meeting to meet in his office the next Thursday morning. He walked in, he was in a daze. He asked how my weekend was. I reminded him it was Thursday not Monday.
They lived up to their horrible reputation.
