I booked this company to transport my car several weeks ago with a pick up window of 8/7 to 8/9. After MANY phone calls and promises my car was FINALLY picked up on 8/20. They went to my house even though I’d changed the pick up location to my neighbor’s house because I had left the state on the 10th. They gave no notice of pick up so they were unable to get into the community and had to make a second trip. To top it all off, I asked if the remainder of my contract cost would be charged to the original credit card and they informed me I would need cash, a money order or a cashiers check. This entire process has been horrible! I would NEVER recommend this company. Nice people but not good at business!!!

Just a very poor middleman service. Not Truthful. Very poor communication. Vehicle was supposed to be picked up on a Monday am, I had to call them multiple times on that Monday to find out they would be there Tuesday. Had to have someone else provide them the car the next day. I had to call them multiple times to tell me when car would be picked up and when it would be delivered. Also they charged my credit card $50 more than they stated on the contract as a deposit. I only found out by looking at my credit card statement a month later. I called them and they agreed it was a mistake and they would fix it immediately. They did not after another 3 weeks and several calls so I had to call my credit card company to dispute it. Just use another company…

Hands down one of the best transporting companies I have ever dealt with. Customer service was on point and my car arrived as planned. Fairly priced too. Other companies were charging $200 to $300 more, than Truthful Transport.

Central Dispatch was the company that transported my vehicle and they were just as great!
