SFC Sarmiento was very helpful throughout the whole process. Constantly working with me, explaining each part completely, helping improve my pt before I even got to basic, and answer any questions I had. The team there has been the most professional and most genuine recruiters I have talked to. Went above and beyond what I expected and helped made the whole thing a lot less painful and confusing.

SFC Sarmiento was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout my first several meetings. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had about various MOS’s and Army programs, even going so far as to answer calls on Sundays. He cares about each person that walks through that door and I trust that he truly wants the best for every new recruit. Do not hesitate to reach out to him.

As a prior service military member, I can attest that SFC Sarmiento is one of the best recruiters I ever met. When they said that I could only enlist in a combat MOS he worked miracles to get me a job in my current field as a nurse. Went into the office and instead of just trying to push me through the process he took the time and effort to get me my original rank, and the healthcare job I qualified for. Was honest at all times about what to expect and helped me get a job in the medical field because of my healthcare license. His commitment to being honest and wanting the best for his recruits is what makes him one of the best in the nation.

Sergeant First Class Sarmiento is the recruiter at the school I teach at. He is dedicated to his mission and to the young men and women he helps join the Army. He does so with integrity. And has developed and enjoys the trust of the faculty and administrators. High energy, astute, humble he is willing to go the extra mile to work the Army plan and the individuals enlisting future career plans. None better!
