What a great coach Rich is working with all levels of fitness. Loved his encouragement and really helped our fitness group feel welcomed.

There was a great atmosphere and a lot of passion from the coach. The obstacles were a mix of challenging and motivating and make for an all-around great time! Ten out of ten would recommend!

My experience was beyond amazing here!!! The Gym owner was positive and energetic. The gym is super clean, the obstacle courses are fun and is great for ninjas. My son had a blast!

Had an amazing time with Coach Rich. We took the introduction course and were very happy with the small group training session. The class is very much a mix of technique and physical activity which was perfect for us. Coach Rich walked us through each station and then provided one on one feedback as we went through the obstacles. We felt very confident running the course thanks to the padding and safety gear, but even more so due to having Rich act as a dedicated spotter for us. Had a great time and will be back soon for the advanced classes.

I took my son 6 and daughter 12 and they had a ball! The trainers were attentive and really got the most from them especially my son. He walked out with his chest all puffed up because he made it up the famous wall all by himself! Well worth it!
