I really like living here at Upark. The staff is nothing but smiles when I walk into the office, and they’re always doing these giveaways & activities that I enjoy participating in. It really keeps people involved. On another note, it is pretty loud at night, and I can heard anyone who is laughing or screaming outside in the parking lot or even riding their skateboard down the hallway

Great place to live. When I moved in there were a few plumbing issues that are reoccurring but overall a nice place with great amenities and it a great location. I would live here again.

Upark is a great place to live. I haven’t had any complaints. I was worried at first reading the bad reviews but I haven’t experienced anything I read about. It can get loud at night but once you’re in your apartment you can’t hear anything. Plus it’s super nice to have your own bedroom & bathroom. Def would recommend.

This is very beautiful place to live. However, kitchen is too small for four bedroom apartments, students struggle with space in fridge and cabinets for grocery items. Also hallway is always a mess, I don’t know if anyone even cleans it. Besides, I thinks its a good place to live.

I have made such good memories here, and it has been a great place to live. There are times however where I wish things could be a little cleaner such as the hallways but other then that it’s been nice.
