Joseph was a really big help, I was trying to figure out where to take my phone because the screen got broken. I had the phone Insurance and he talked me through how to schedule it so I can get it taken care of today, Was very happy with the service!

Beware of this place and Verizon The Verizon sign outside this place is misleading and they use questionable business practices
I went there to purchase a new iphone 12 pro thinking I was buying directly from Verizon. The salesman there convinced me on a promotional iPad deal which would have me pay $15 a month, including cellular service for 2 years.The invoice they gave me showed me only regular prices, telling me that future Verizon bills would reflect the promotional price. When I received bill, I saw that I was being charged $30 a month for the iPad instead of the promised $15. After several calls to Verizon Customer Care, they agreed to the return of the IPad but charged me a restocking fee because I didn’t have the box. Originally I was promised by Verizon Care that they would absorb the restocking fee due to the misunderstanding but after I returned the iPad they refused to waive the fee, informing me that I would have to take it up with the reseller because I hadn’t purchased the item directly from Verizon. My advice is that, when dealing with Verizon, know who you are dealing with and don’t take at face value what they say but rather make sure their original invoice reflects exactly what you are being told
