This place is improving tremendously. A whole new staff and under new management. Looking to upgrade, add a new line or start new service? This is the place to go! The new staff is great and ready to help anyway possible.

Danielle was so awesome and patient with me, she helped me set up my new iPhone and even helped set up my husband’s Samsung Galaxy Note 20. Excellent customer service!

The most helpful store around. Danielle helped me set up my new Samsung Note 20 and made sure everything was transferred from my old phone before I left. Great customer service and very patient.

Stopped by for help with my new Samsung. Staff was very patient & answered the 1000 questions I had.
The new manager, Danielle, is amazing, very knowledgeable and thorough. they provided great customer service and I highly recommend!!!

I’ve dealt with Scott at wireless zone Verizon for all of my phones for many years. Aside from the great products they carry, the servive is fantastic. Scott makes sure that every detail is taken care of and a satisfied customer seems to be more important to him than how much he can make on a given transaction.
