This management company lack of communication is horrible, they ignored the sense of urgency on requests and applications, the emails are not answered. We have an application for purchase for a resident that already live in the community and they don’t respond on time and the person who is in charge is on vacation and the file was not reassigned or delegate to somebody else. The worse experience I ever had with a management company.

The Vesta Property Management seems to be having difficulty with its management. It takes too long to have things approved and they just raised our HOA from $350 to $460. I don’t know where the $ goes because ALL of our houses are in serious need of repair!!!
