I had many back problems from car accidents. I was recommended to Victoria Pilates. I did not know anything about pilates. I thought it was a type of Yoga. I was so wrong. The one on one training was so professional especially for a beginner like myself. After 3 months of training my posture has improved, I have lost weight, and my back pain has faded. Victoria is among the best Pilates teacher there is, with her slow subtle movements , it hit my core and I felt pain the next day! Well good pain lol, unlike regular weights which makes you bulky and slow! Victoria will certainly guide you in targeting your core muscles along with your extremities working in conjunction! You will lose fat and gain muscle tone quickly by attending her sessions! Happy and healthy new year to everyone!
