Always well stocked. Very friendly team. They are always attentive, extremely helpful and kind to the kids.

Great store, great items. Super nice staff minus the guy who helped my girlfriend and I, he was sarcastic to both of us the entire time whenever we tried to ask a question while we were there. I’ve never had a bad experience at VV but this guy needs to work on the attitude.
Asked him about a sticker when I spent around $200 and you would have thought I just threatened his life, I’ve worked in retail for years and never been this way with a customer.

Love the clothing, the culture, store staff and style, but ordering online and getting the right item shipped to you is sometimes (and for me, typically) a nightmare. I tried not once, not twice, but 3x, and now i give up. first time, ordered a medium, received a large. 2nd time ordered a pink belt, received a blue belt, third time, completely wrong item, not even close to what i ordered. The return process is slow and you must take item to USPS with prepaid shipping labels, a waste of time. The products are nice quality, the stores are beautiful; ordering online is easy; however, their shipping logistics are terrible.

They are professional and so helpful. Definitely can’t beat there customer service.
