James was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He assisted me immediately, shared history about the product and brand of eyewear that I was inquiring about, and provided his opinion about which pair might provide the best look. He offered a great price on the sunglasses that I ended up purchasing and provided phenomenal customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer.

As always the staff at Visual Eyes was amazing. On time, thorough and my doctor took the time to make sure my contact prescription worked for me. After a tweak I see so much better with my mono contacts that I have for the past year. Thanks Visual Eyes!

I absolutely love coming here for my glasses and exams. The doctors and other staff are friendly and professional. Nico specifically helped me pick out two pairs of glasses and helped me make some custom adjustments on my prescription sunglasses that I love. I’ve been a client here for countless years- always returning because of the fully excellent experience with staff, the expertise and the finished product- always a perfect pair of glasses! This year, I was fortunate to work with Shaun (Sean?) who went above and beyond to search the perfect frame, perfect color – which was not easy due to manufacturer’s supplies! Shaun is a professional who made the extra efforts-(investing much time and concern) to create an outstanding outcome!!!
Also- Fiorella and Vanessa must be commended for their kind and caring attitudes and helpfulness-( as well as Marietta and Kevin in the past!).
