I’ve never been treated with such disrespect as I was tonight by the woman “assisting” customers in the pharmacy. From the moment of walking up to the counter to pick up my prescription I was treated as if I was a burden and given such a horrible attitude for no reason at all. The woman completely just walked away mid conversation without giving me any answers or working out the issue of why my monthly prescription “disappeared” out of their system. I will never step foot in this store again. ABSOLUTELY DISTUSTED!!

DO NOT COME HERE. Always have to wait over 30 minutes to get my prescription filled (USUALLY LONGER). When recieving phone call that my prescription was ready, I came to pick up and they said come back in an hour or so. Came back two hours later, and they said they couldn’t fill it and to come back on another said date. When I came back they did the same rude routine of making me wait excessive amount of time only to tell me that I NOW have to come back again on a different day! Finally I get another voicemail that my prescription is ready but THE PHARMACIST SAID THEY LOST IT!?! HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT COME HERE!!!

TERRIBLE PHARMACY/STORE. NEVER COME HERE!!!! Horrible service, imcompetent, ignorant, staff, horrendous customer service. Will be making sure I never come here again for business.

On the plus side the location is well kept. However, the unfortunate down side is that the staff can be testy, even a bit snippy or rude. The location could be much more if the staff were more professional.

Whenever I have called the pharmacy they are always in a rush and its like I’m inconveniencing them. They are constantly out of medication stating they are on “backorder” and its impacting all of south Florida. Asked the pharmacist if there were any alternatives they had in stock that I could discuss with my doctor. She said “Nope they are all on back order”.

Called a local pharmacy and they had my medication. The local pharmacy also had time to talk and answer my questions. I suggest everyone go to and support a local pharmacy.
