Shopped here close to 28 years..Gets very busy but staff is always helpful.. Mostly for perceptions and health and beauty aids,

Wonderful establishment with even better inventory. Whoever manages this store deserves a huge raise. Good Job!

I called in a prescription and was told to come in 2 hours later. I left work 2 hours later and was told it would be another 8 hours. Unacceptable

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been calling all morning to try to get someone in labcorp to answer a few questions. After calling every 30 mins for probably 6 hours I decided to call the main store line and see if someone could walk back there and get the lab Corp representative to answer the phone. After speaking with two employees the only response they could give me was nope sorry they are not apart of Walgreens and are not allowed to handle any concerns for them. I at first asked politely if someone could just go back and see if the man would take a phone call. Apparently, it’s completely against protocol to talk to labcorp at all if your a Walgreens employee. I asked to speak with a manager so he could help me and he gave me the same response also as if he was annoyed and to busy to answer my call in the first place. As this was a pressing matter I asked again nicely if he could please just give a note to the person at LabCorp and he told me no once more with a sense of annoyance again.

All I was asking is for someone to have labcorp answer their phone and no one was able to help me at all.
The manager CRAIG apparently felt the need to hang up as well. Extremely poor service in absolutely every part of this Walgreens. The manager needs to have more patience and kindness for people who are having medicine issues instead of acting as though they are to busy to even be on the phone. We all have jobs and are all busy if you don’t like speaking to people and answering/ figuring out the hard problems then step down sir. You aren’t a good fit for that role anyways.
