Waterford Bay Apartments

It took a while to find this place. After living in a month I can tell you all the ups and downs. The pros are mainly it’s highly walkable, good staff and good people living here. The cons would have to some people don’t clean up after their dogs and people party on the weekends.

Immaculate apartments. I toured the renovated units today with Fran and they were the best I’ve seen in the area!

Best place to live in Boca! Lauren I think her name was is fantastic. She takes care of things quickly.

The food surrounding Waterford is amazing. Mexican, Japanese, pizza, you name it. it’s awesome. The units are nice and clean. Renovated is the way to go. Ask for lauren, I’ve referred a few people here and she always hooks them up with half off fees.

Waterford Bay has been amazing. I’m attending FAU, and I’m super close to campus. The staff here are super friendly and always help when you ask for it. I love the center of our complex and how it is open to walk around in, when you’re sitting on your porch it’s so peaceful. Not to mention the screened in porches are huge! I would recommend to anyone attending FAU, I’m a young college student and the ladies in the office have been super kind to help me out knowing I’m far from home.
